AIOpsNav ("AIOpsNav," "we," "our," or "us") is a product of the KCENAV.ai company family. We operate the website at aiopsnav.polsia.app and all related services.
For GDPR purposes, AIOpsNav is the data controller for personal data processed through our services.

2. Data We Collect
Data you give us directly
- Account information: Email address, company name, role, and team size when you register.
- Assessment responses: Answers to AI readiness diagnostic questions you complete.
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team.
- Payment data: Billing information is processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers.
Data we collect automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time on site, and interaction patterns.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referrer URL.
- Analytics beacons: Privacy-preserving session identifiers (no cross-site tracking).
Data we do NOT collect
- Social Security numbers or government identifiers
- Financial account numbers (handled entirely by Stripe)
- Sensitive health, biometric, or genetic data
- Children's data (our services are not directed at those under 16)
3. How We Use Your Data
- Deliver the service: Score your AI readiness assessment, generate your diagnostic report, and provide benchmarks.
- Anonymized industry benchmarks: Assessment responses are aggregated and anonymized to produce industry benchmarks. Individual responses are never published. Benchmarking is opt-in — you may opt out in account settings.
- Product improvement: Understand which features are used and where users get stuck, so we can improve the product.
- Communications: Send your assessment results, product updates, and service notices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Legal compliance: Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful government requests.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Period.
We share data only in limited circumstances:
- AI providers (OpenAI): Assessment responses may be sent to OpenAI's API to generate scoring and recommendations. This data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement with OpenAI. Customer data is never used to train OpenAI's or any other third-party's models. See our AI Use Policy for full details.
- Infrastructure providers: Render (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments). Each is bound by data processing agreements.
- Analytics: Privacy-preserving usage analytics with no cross-site tracking.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users.
- Business transfers: If AIOpsNav is acquired or merges, your data may transfer to the new entity under equivalent privacy protections.
5. AI and Your Data
When you use AIOpsNav's AI-powered features, your assessment data may be processed by large language model APIs to generate your scored report. See our full AI Use Policy for details on which models, what data is sent, and your opt-out options.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion request.
- Assessment responses: Retained for as long as you have an active account. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Anonymized benchmark data: Retained indefinitely (not linked to any individual).
- Support communications: Retained for 2 years for quality and compliance purposes.
- Log and technical data: Automatically purged after 90 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Request a copy of your personal data we hold.
Fix inaccurate or incomplete data within 30 days of request.
Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Exclude your data from anonymized industry benchmarks.
Request we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@aiopsnav.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of sale (we don't sell data), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)
If you are in the EU or EEA, our lawful basis for processing is: (a) contract performance for delivering the service, (b) legitimate interests for product analytics, and (c) consent for marketing communications. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest
- Access controls and least-privilege principles
- Regular security reviews
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy
